what he is like who comes to me and hears my words
and puts them into practice. He is like a man

foundation on rock. -LUKE 6:47
Is there a permanent foundation repair system?
No, but the almost permanent foundation repair
system is one that penetrates hard rock, and that is
what the torpedo pier is designed to accomplish.
Many companies boast "fix it for good", or
"permanent foundation repairs", or will "fix almost
every foundation in any kind of soil", but that is
just boasting, and unless they go to rock and sink
the supports into hard rock, the supports and the
home on top of them can settle.
Bedrock
Foundation Repair, LLC
Founder, Dennis Rials developed the Torpedo Pier
because it can go to rock, at least as deep as 90
feet, penetrating the soft rock layers until it
reaches hard rock, hard enough to easily support a
residential home.
The Torpedo Pier also can be installed with limited
access. It can roll into the hallway of your home,
and install a steel pier 90 feet deep, without
touching your ceiling.
There are special situations where the rock can
move, but in almost all cases, going to rock is
solid, and permanent, and seasonal adjustments are
no longer necessary.
Many pier types vary in size, depth, and material.
Some are wider, some are screwed into the ground,
some have a large bell or footing at the bottom, but
still, they are all still sitting on mud, and they
can all settle unless they reach a hard rock
foundation.
Some methods increase the odds of success in
foundation repair, and the odds are slim that
adjustments will be needed in the near future, but
still, the supports are not on rock, and they can
settle. Any other claims of superiority are bogus
and not true.
The Torpedo Pier is in rock. It is more expensive,
it is permanent, and it can save you money in the
future because you can depend on it.
