Dear Bedrock Foundation Repair L.L.C.:
We have lived in east Dallas since 1996. And you
know these house’s foundations (other than tear
downs) were constructed back in and before the
1920s, and on.
Our first house in the area had a 1923 foundation.
We had problems. We took bids. We selected Bedrock,
problem corrected.
We moved not far from our first house and had a 1927
foundation. We had problems. We didn’t bother
bidding we just called Bedrock, problem corrected.
We were so pleased again with Bedrock that when my
sister’s house in the in the same East Dallas area
had foundation problem, she called me; I called
bedrock, problem corrected.
Just recently further issues with our foundation in
our second house arouse, a few years after the
first. I called Bedrock. We were covered by your
warrant and only had to pay a few hundred dollars
for adjustments and some new work, problem
corrected.
As an architectural engineer it is pleasing to see a
contractor do what they say they will do, fix the
problem and stand by their work.

When we began this project we received a wide range
of bids. Yours was neither the lowest nor the
highest. What sold us on Bedrock was Rocky’s through
examination of our existing foundation and its
problems. Even though additional materials were
needed we still felt completely confident in Rocky
and his recommendation. What really sold us was
Rocky crawled around and inspected our house for
almost an hour. Of all our other quotes we received,
Rocky was the only one that did this. The next thing
we appreciate is the wonderful crew brought out to
the project by Jose. These guys showed up and went
to work and stayed on task for four straight days.
All the work was performed in a professional manner.
All the flowerbeds they worked in were carefully
restored. I crawled around under the house yesterday
and inspected their work and am completely pleased.

you know what an “excellent team” you have. Luis and
the guys spent as you know two and a half days
installing 14 piers around our house; I’d say a big
job based on the size of our house. The dirt was
flying; bushes up rooted and it looked bad. But
working with Luis was a blessing! He and his team
were helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. And when
it came to raise the house Luis and I worked
together. At the end of the two and a half days you
could not tell any work had been done to the
foundation!! They left the job site better than it

around my home. For four years, I have been
struggling with water seeping into my home every
time it rains. Two other companies came out and did
a band-aide type of correction. Neither of them
solved the problem, and I wasted my money. After
being referred to you by a friend, you installed a
French drain and a collection basin. After last
week’s heavy rains, I am pleased to report that for
the first time in years, I have no water in my home.

business, either complaining or commending. But in
this particular case, I simply must. My husband and
I are first-time homeowners and we want to protect
our investment. That’s why we called a foundation
company when we saw a crack in our wall. We were
shocked to learn that we needed over $10,000 worth

estimator checked our foundation and told us the
good news: we didn’t need foundation work. He
